The cameo pendant, with an opal depicting the profile of a woman, within a blue enamel and rose-cut diamond surround, with cabochon rubies set at the cardinal points, suspended from a platinum and blue enamel chain. Damage to enamel top left corner of the pendant. This necklace was purchased in 1974 from Sotheby Parke-Bernet.
