Antique Victorian Sapphire, Diamond and Pearl Brooch

This Victorian sapphire, diamond and pearl brooch is a truly lovely little antique. The delicate design is crafted in silver over gold as a trio of scallop shell motifs with rose-cut diamonds glittering along the petals. A trio of natural pearls, (4.66 mm, 4.57 mm and 4.78 mm) two in a creamy pink color and one in a rich gray, dot the center of each shell while in the middle of the brooch a single sapphire adds bright color. There is a small chip on one side of the old-cut sapphire.
